Where we did the difference - Relationship with the partners involved, especially with the air company and the local suppliers, besides the impeccable event's logistic coordination.

Challenge - Surprise and exceed guests' satisfaction in relation to the previous convention, which was considered the best of recent times.
Actions Involved - Travel logistics, suppliers' selection, production, tips for venues, giveaways and concerts, general coordination.
Where we did the difference - The viability of Hotel Arts Barcelona, in the choice of sites for social and cultural activities, and excellence in service delivery.
Event - Incentive Trip

Challenge: VIPs customers, major owners of insurance brokers, used to traveling . Our challenge was to create unforgettable moments of enchanting experiences and not just offer an ordinary travel.
Actions Involved – Hot site , RSVP , Logistics Travel , Airfare, travel tips and information to guests .
Where we did the difference - In the choice of services and the hotel, perfect customer service before and during the trip.
Punta Del Este
Event - Medical Congress
Number of guests - 90
Challenge - During the event operation we faced the bankrupt of Pluna (Airline company) and the chaos that involved a situation when all of your guests were flying with this company. We had to provide to our guests alternative options to fly back home in a very efficient way in order to guarantee flight tickets for everybody, when all the participants were trying to do the same thing. Guests of DMC Brazil were the first ones to leave the country.
Actions Involved - Hot site, RSVP, flight transportation, ground transfer, lodging, food and beverage, and general logistics coordination.
Where we did the difference - "Online" and real time operation in the tool DMC Perfoma assured tranquility customer.
